looks to me like you have those 192.168.*.* addresses in the configuration somewhere screwin ya upFiles to be sure are set with proper IP's are as follows:Athena\eathena.iniAthena\conf\char_athena.confAthena\conf\inter_athena.confAthena\conf\lan_support.confAthena\conf\login_athena.confAthena\conf\map_athena.confALSO:be sure to add current info to this nifty file... it will display when users log in ;)Athena\conf\motd.txt

Check them ALL... hoever it seems to say Lan_Map_IP witch would be in the lan_support.confmine looks like this:// Athena SQL version configure file.Support Client Connect to Local Area Network IP Address Server.//put this fle into conf/ dirlan_char_ip:209.204.71.207lan_map_ip:209.204.71.203subnet:209.204.71.0subnetmask:255.255.255.128It may seem like a lot of files to configure but it is for good reason. You could run a machine for each app.... for instance i run the map server on it's own Box and the character and login on a separate box... you could even make each have its own if ya really wanted to split it up. I tell ya it is really sick how well it runs.
