Fate of the Unwanted

Hey Every1: When I do rcon status on my server it will only list the IP's and names of the first 4-5 people on the server. The other dudes on the server won't show up at all in the rcon status list. Ever heard of this kinda problem before ? Thank's FoU dudes ![JH]MEatLoAf,

I believe this is some sort of a problem with either the server.cfg or the jk2mpconfig.cfg on the client side. I also believe this is related to alot of character returns in those files. Try keeping those files as small as possible and also editing them utilizing the NULL space character in place of and actual character RETURN character.

does that in hop as well... it is always messed up so i just have to keep doing it till they might show up in order and even at that it only shows the first 5 or so

Yeah I've noticed that sometimes it get's messed up due to other system messages going on at the same time. Just press up and enter on your console and keep doing that until it shows the whole lot.

yea....have u ever had thr porblem though taht u cant kick someone because there name wont ever show?

It was not always messed up. It got that way one night after the server went off during a game. LOl
