damn thats a tough one... I like DM a lot and the instant spawn is bound to keep more action into the game... So Ill have to cast my vote with DM.

I voted TDM also (why are there only two votes for it, and three posts supporting it?) because I like the instant respawn and you're less likely to get gipped by spawning all the way across the map from a radio over and over and over again.
