could someone please tell me how you save in game, what keys, etc.......dont have a game manual, but supposedly you can do it while you are drinking/in water

I've watched a few trailers and a speedrun and I think you just drink from a small fountain thingy in a wall and then the game asks you if you'd like to save.
If its not on PS2 I have no fucking idea, but to save you go up to the gold fountains, found after you reach the Island of Time. Use the "action" key, as in the wallrun etc. key to drink.
You drink from water from a fountain and it has to be at a fountain. Its ok tibs, we understand that your brain is still decaying away. Naw, my friend has this game. He beat it once without a stragety guide and then he got one and went to beat it again. He found out about a secret ending if you get all the health upgrades.
Hell yeah I bitch slapped this game.Drink from water anywhere to get health back, but you can only save at the water fountains attached to the walls.Got the secret ending as well, you have to get all 9 secret life upgrades to get the water sword. The ending is much better in this one.
