Do you guys remember that Mortimer Financial Advisor guy? The one that brought down FoUsterville a few times? Well yeah, he's in the city right now teaching people how to manage budgets and stuff. Oh, and he says that we have a huge security problem with our Mass Transit section. He says that it's prone to a "huge funding cut" and he could gain access to all our treasuries and power plants...

the presence of a jail can increase the effectiveness of your poliec stations significantly. a city without jails suffers a 25 percent reduction in the efficiency of the police force. you have three options to end a strike:approve the raisewait 2 years, although more strikes may break out.demolish every hospital, therefore firing all the workers.to get the most out of sim city 3000, the population between the ages of 6 and 24 needs to be in school. if this goal is met the EQ of your population will rise.
