Haha, I just hope that you don't have to monitor Snake's pacemaker...But seriously, that trailer was awesome. I love the new setting and how Snake is getting old and fragile.Maybe this is his last mission? Think he could die at the end of MGS4?

Am I the only one that gets a feeling its gonna be more "Ratchet and Clank" like, with a small, robotic friend against the tides of evil... I really like the sound of that. Another thing I like is that the whole setting (desert like) and the fact that the enemy (being the patriots, aka. America) is the "coalition". Pretty brave, considering how uptight most people are about it. Fact: if it was just this game coming out for the PS3, I would buy it, just for this.

did anyone evern check out the second trailer at that site?never has any mentioning of him being old at all! hell for all we know that could be the ending sequence in the game!i admit it probally isnt but still. the first trailer was kinda boring...

I have 2 plot theroies:#1: After the Big Shell incident, the events that happened there were unveiled to the public, similiar to Shadow Moses. This kinda uncovered the Patriots and left the U.S. in chaos. And whatever happens from there.#2: It's Snake and Otacon and they are continuing their missions of taking out all Metal Gear units around the world. They are probably in some foregin country taking on some mercenary group or whatever.It's really way too soon to be making plot theroies because this is really considered first footage. The game could change drastically nearing it's release date. However, the first footage released (or rather, leaked) for Snake Eater was pretty much the same for the actually release. Anyways, In terms of probability, I would have to say #2 is more likely to happen. #1 is possible, but I doubt Hideo would go that far... lol

afteer watching it again...i'm starting to think maybe it's a joke, lolthe legs on the Metal Gears look mighty femine, that little robot companion seems a bit off for a MGS game, i dunno, something about it seems to weird...although it is hideo...so who knows
