ok, i have no idea how to compare video cards, but lately my jk2 has been runnignn fine in game (besides some jotR servers) .... but it takes forever to load up the actual game client, and i sometimes when i exit it find that it is slowing down my whole computer by popping up in my processes, even when it isnt running. Any way to fix that? And also, any way to allow me to disconnect from servers and go to the main menu instead of crashing out? At some friends houses i can do that but not at home.any tips?also.. why cant i see my glow effect under my banner? i could before, but once service pack 2 failed and i had tro reinstall everythign (with professional help) it still doesnt work. ugh.anyone please?

ok. i think the problem is that i have always had a problem with loading my game in XP. running it in compatability slows down mah whole bitch.any suggestions whatsoever as to what i should do when i see the error message when loading multiplayer in XP?

LOL DUDE! you got radeon9800 that's not bad at all

i guess it's cuz you got an ati card that you crash stead of goin out to the main menu, i got that too since i got radeon9500

i had gayforce 2 earlier and nothing like that happened

weird though, i don't crash every single time, just 9 out of 10

gramps try maybe /com_maxfps 200since 85 is normal maybe rising it will make it runz0r smoother
