thats cool serge i wasnt saying that it wasnt marrow. just saying they did mess up a number of things so i wouldnt put it past them.as for zman's ordeal with the son...as far as the main storylines of xmen charles and moira never had a son together. they met as classmates and the two eventually agreed to get married, but Xavier was drafted into the war. During the war, he received a letter from Moira breaking up with him. this is basically the end of this dilemma if u go by main ones. now here is where i cheated and looked on wikipedia.in the main storylines charles goes abroad as a psychologist using his powers to secretly help people whom have problems and while in isreal meets a woman and has relations with her. he ends up going home not knowing the woman was pregnant with a child who would grow up to become the autistic mutant Legion. so charles does get a son.THEN, moira had a son too. after she dumped prof x she hooked of up with joe MacTaggert. here's their story. direct quote--> "Joe proved to be an abusive husband; Moira separated from him after he beat her into a week long coma and raped her, leaving her pregnant. She kept her son's existence a secret, and when Joe refused her a divorce she allowed people to believe she was widowed.She eventually created a Mutant Research Center on Muir Island, off the coast of Scotland. Moira was forced to contain and imprison her son Kevin, later called Proteus, when he developed reality warping abilities and severe psychosis."so in the main story arcs they both have children of their own. however through wikipedia i figured out our problem. in ultimate xmen they did away with charles son legion and the woman in israel all together and basically fused legion and proteus into one person making xavier impregnate moira before they seperate. and by fuse i mean litterally, in ultimate proteus magically has his powers and legions. so in ultimate they do have a child together.so i didnt actually know they did have a child in ultimate since im not too big on ultimate xmen (im sry but they all look sooooo stupid....wolverine looks like a greazy italian...no offense italian people.) but theres the whole thing layed out.

I liked it... probably more than the first but not as much as the second (nightcrawler ftw). I've never read any of the comics so I wasn't bothered by any of the discrepancies, but [spoil:0ce3d0cfcd]I thought it was a shame that they got rid of so many characters. Damn, Mystique looked hot as a human though.[/spoil:0ce3d0cfcd]We all stayed after the credits thanks to you Ev, seemed like quite an important clip to leave out of the main film seeing as most people don't watch past the credits.

were you comic book nerdy when the age of apocalypse story happened anus? what happened was ...and i'm mighty foggy on all of this...Legion-Xavier's son-went back in time (i'm almost positive it was back in time...) to kill Magneto, since Magneto was always counteracting what Professor Xavier was trying to do and since magneto was a big jerk, but he accidently kills Xavier, horrified, and this fuckin blows everything out of whack, Legion was never born and the whole future is crazy since no one was around to help mutants do the right thing, so apocalypse runs the biz, and magneto leads the x-men, continueing what xavier would have done, just not as soon or to as great an effect, everything was fucked. that's one thing i remember with xavier's/moira's son, assuming i remember correctly

you said magneto does what xaviar was gonna do, so he becomes good guy? what made magneto bad guy? since in this movie they go to jeans house in the beginning as freinds(they are freinds through everything but imean on the same side)
