Ok ive heard rumours of them doing a mgs film where liquid is nicholas cage heres a little film called mgs www.planetps2.com/metalgear/fanfilm/(you get linked to the mgs3 website after looking at a advertisent)The game mgs3 thats coming out soon theme is survival in the jungal. This will seem extremely odd but apparently "beehives" can be used as weapons which should be very interesting to see i can see snakes final line...."You bastard ocelot you killed my father , you killed my mother (who didnt really exist coz i wa made) , you killed my posom , you may have the ultimate metal gear weapon with over 5,000 weapons equiped and aimed at my head but I have a trick too................SUCK ON MY BEE HIVE BITCH"something like that i may be slightly mistaken. Another good point of news is that if you played the old retro mg games or played the first you woll know the charcter "Big Boss" who will be returning somehow to mgs 3. A mention in hideo kojimas interview mentions metal gear online defintely coming out.I think the name of mgs3 will be "Snake Eater" although ive seen other titles saying "the patriots" i doubt it will be called "snake eater" although you can eat snakes in the game and food will be a big part of the gameplay. Anyway this is what i know so if it interests anyone feel free to say something like "wow limp your a god to make may i sacrfoce some helpless virgins to you" and i might then say "hmmm this person has seen the light time to go burn things heheheheheh

Actually, Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, is not set to come out until late 2004. And the title has been confirmed to be "Snake Eater". Also, the whole game will not be set in the jungle. From what I can tell, Hideo Kojima wants to make Snake Eater like a real sneaking mission, where you are dropped off miles away from your target, sneak across terrain to reach your target, infiltrate and move onto another structure, (not exactly how it will happen, but that's the basic gist of it). One of the things that really caught my attention was that they are going to make the jungle very realistic, in that, not only will you be against the various gaurds you are trying to sneak past, but you will also be trying to survive against nature, I.E. weather, animals, and things of that nature. Another innovative feature, is that instead of using rations, you will be able to forage for food, that will improve help, and work like pentazemin, (easing the shakiness of sniping). Beehives and using the natural surroundings and camoflauge also sounds interesting. I haven't heard about a movie for MGS, but it would be SO COOL if they did make one. Oh yeah, and about Big Boss being connected to the MGS3 plot.POSSIBLE SPOILERSFrom what I have heard, the main playable character in MGS3 could very well be 'big boss', (Snake's perfect soldier 'father') since they game is set to be in a Vietnam era, or sometime in the 60's, Snake would be very young or not even "born" yet, and even if it is, and Snake is only 20 years old, that would make him 65 years old in MGS2. Hideo Kojima has asked reporters to refer to the main character of MGS3 as "codename: Snake", so who knows, we could be playing Big Boss in Snake Eater.

Metal gear solid was my favorite ps1 game ever! MEtal gear 2 was good but, I dont have ps2 so i havnt really played it much.

i dont think that this might be true but i have heard that Snake is supposedly big boss...because he had a messed up eye and the snake in this one does to...plus big boss and snake look the same basicly...and gamecube also has its own remake of an old mgs game i forgot what its called though.

Yeah there were 2 other metal gear games called "Metal gear"and "metal gear 2:solid snake"i doubt in mgs3 you will be big boss even though snake looks just like him coz he was cloned.I think it will be snake but somehow big boss will be in it.

i really don't see how it could be Solid Snake. Unless Solid has a wolverine thing goin for him where no one knows his age, but I'm pretty sure it takes too early for it to be Solid...anywho, Twin Snakes is gonna own, cuz Gray Fox will be back in action..mhauahuahauhdukafhsjkdf
