Monster Hunter R.I.P. (Servers Going Offline)

http://blog.capcom.com/archives/613As of December 31st, 2007, the online servers for Monster Hunter will be shutting down and the game will no longer support online play. Although none of us still play (I think), it's nice to remember all the great times we had online. I think the best part was getting so many people to actually buy the game and make the effort to get online. If I remember correctly, the game only started with 2 people and eventually grew into a large group of about 8 or 10, which, to me, is pretty amazing for an online console game.*raises mug*To Monster Hunter!

Since my 360 went dead, i got on Monster Hunter two days ago and did a Lao run. It was a blast, NOW I CANT DO THEM NO MORE!!!! >< lol I miss lau runs...fucking Grav wing never dropped for me. Im missing pants to my Aurours set. NOW I WILL NEVER COMPLETE IT!!! :(Had a blast with this game, i was debatin on buying it for psp or not. Thnx getting me into that game, it was awesome

BAH! If I didn't give my bro my PS2 I would play that game here and there still. Amazing game with tons of potential for a sequel on a console (american release please!) Sad to see it... but with all games it was only a matter of time.
