Caulk won't show up in system

I need to ask a question, and hope someone can answer. Whenever I start up radiant, and get going, and I need to caulk, I open up the system textures, but there is nothing in it, except for video mirror, and shotclip textures. Is there something wrong with it? Will I have to download it again? Does anyone know whats wrong?

Make sure you have the mapextras.pk3 in base that came with the SDK (radiant).

Actually yeah, even tho its as annoying as hell to see that same stupid purple texture everywhere in radiant.
