Why arnt my stats migrating?

Ok Everytime I log into the game I get an email stating that I have too little points in my stat migration thing... I go to the stat migration and everytime its 6 points left over. I use them up and the next day it happens again. But the point that I use stay to the left bar like they are gonna migrate there. But they never migrate. Can someone please tell me how to post screenshots on the forum?
