do you guys have some special password to get into your server........cause whenever i try getting in its always full

We do but it's currently only distributed to FoU members. Sorry man.

oh ok but when you do play use your password so some slots are open

also how come the server hasn't been up lately

We all tend to use the password to connect so the slots are still open to the public. And the server is still there, but there's a problem with it showing on the master list. If you add favourite: 199.240.91.52 (I think) then you should be able to connect to it.

Its been pretty empty for the last few days. So you wont have any problem.BUT!It was down earlier and nobody was around to tell, and I forgot to post about it. So, it may not be there, the IP snape gave you is correct though.
