help with mapping

hi i started to map again and i have some questions. 1. whenever i make a button, i do exactly what it says on the tutorial site and the button just goes in the wall and disapperes. Some1 plz tell me how to make switches that open doors. 2. Im having trouble with warping. I know it has something to do with trigger/teleport and i gotta put a null and connect them but still that doesnt work. I would appreciate if some1 could tell me how. 3. Does anybody know how to make their own textures like with words and stuff on them? Post here or im me at jacensolo544Thanks!
