wow thats quite a bit to do mang.I would do the theme no problem if someone else does all the coding :)Im graphics man, not a coder

She supplies you with the template, should be simple enough the change the images around and maybe tweak some HTML for background colour and text maybe. I'm going to look into doing a detailed design, if it works out; I'll hand it over to you Snapers.
